No. We only use it to create your artwork. Once delivered, we delete your image from our server. However, you can authorize us to keep it for two years while you think about the final painting you want to create or make a copy. We never share data or photos with third parties.

You don't need to make a reservation to visit us at our store in the Plaza del Duque Shopping Center in Costa Adeje. You can walk in during business hours. Mon - Sun 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM. However, to visit our photo studio in Santa Cruz, you do need to make an appointment, as it's located in a private home and we don't have a waiting room. 📸 The iris photo shoot takes just a few minutes. 🖼️ Editing and printing time depends on the product and the options you choose. The photographer will inform you of the estimated pickup time at the time, and we will always do our best to have your artwork ready as quickly as possible. 🚚 If you prefer, you can pick up your artwork at another time or request home delivery (additional cost, not included in the price).

Yes, if your artwork is printed on photographic paper and in sizes up to 40x60 cm, we can produce it directly in our stores. If available, you can take your artwork home the same day. 🎉 However, if you choose other materials such as acrylic, aluminum, or foam board, production is done off-site and the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. 📦 Please note that home delivery is not included in the prices.

Yes, iris photography is possible at any age, as long as the person cooperates during the shoot. 👶 For babies and young children, we take the photographs free of charge, so you can see the result before proceeding. Only if the resulting image allows for the creation of a quality work of art will we proceed with the final work.

NO, it's important not to wear contact lenses. We don't have a vanity area where you can remove them.

🐶 Yes, we can photograph dogs, as long as the animal cooperates during the shoot. Hygiene is very important to us. We disinfect our photo booth after each customer and ensure our stores are always clean and welcoming.

After your visit, you'll receive an email with the final image of your artwork.
